From July 4th to Labor Day weekend a 4 night minimum is required
All cabins have two bedrooms, complete kitchens
(toaster, coffeepot, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils),
TV + DVD, fireplace, pullout couch in living room, bathroom with shower, pillows, charcoal grill, picnic tables, lawn chairs, are provided.
YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN BEDDING AND TOWELS
CHECK OUT BY 10:00 A.M. / CHECK IN AFTER 2:00 P.M.
WEEKENDS: 2 night Minimum (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday).
HOLIDAY WEEKENDS: 3 Night Minimum. (Memorial, 4th of July,
Labor Day, Columbus Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Easter) FIRST WEEK OF FIREARM DEER SEASON and WEEK BETWEEN CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR: 6 night minimum.
Pet Policy: On a pre-approved basics ONLY There is an additional
charge of $10:00/night per pet. Kennels available FREE of charge.
Pets can not to be left alone in cabins at any time.
YOU MUST keep your pet leashed and clean up after them.
Specific Cabin Request Policy: Cabins 1,2,and 4 (Smaller Size): We cannot guarantee which cabin you will be assigned. Cabin 3 (Large Cabin): is guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy: Deposit is Non-Refundable, if you cancel your reservation and we are not able to re-book your cabin. If we are able to book the cabin (s) you cancelled, your deposit will be refunded. You must pay for the nights you reserved, there is no refund for early departure.
Visitors Policy: Prior to having visitors, arrangements are to be made at office
